"With over 30 years immersed in the vibrant world of hospitality, I've honed my skills across diverse bar settings, from bustling cocktail lounges to intimate wine bars. My passion for drinks extends beyond the service counter, as I'm a dedicated wine enthusiast with a deep appreciation for the nuances of flavor and terroir.
